Each claim will be handled on an individual basis. If the investigation confirms the claim is justified, we will resolve it in the customer's favor and inform you of the next steps.
We will process and investigate the claim on behalf of the specific parking facility operator. The operator will inform you directly of the assessment outcome and the resolution, within the statutory timeframe—no later than 30 days from the date the claim was submitted—in accordance with Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
